I was fasting for 2 days and then didnt have more then 500 cals each day, and then the weekend came and it was my best mates 21st. So I had a lot of alcohol and even though i didnt eat saturday day, I caved when i was 6 ciders in and ready to faint when there was pizza in front of me, i had about 4 slices. but combined with all that drinking ughh I weighted in at 71kg today. fuck let the fasting begin. I really want to get back down to this weight. fuck i need to im becoming almost in the overweight BMI range for my height, i weigh 70.7kg now. this will be me again but this time around my goal is 60, 55 at best if im on a roll. I&#8217;ve given myself 3 months to get there.
